PTC - Anyone else feeling the pressure lately?

Hey everyone, long-time lurker here, but been at PTC for a few years now. Lately, I've been feeling a definite uptick in pressure across the board. Project deadlines seem to be getting more aggressive, and there's a lot of talk about 'efficiency gains' and 'optimizing resources'. It's not a layoff announcement or anything concrete, but the general vibe feels… tense. I've noticed some teams seem stretched thin, and people are putting in longer hours without much fanfare. Wondering if this is just my department, or if others are seeing similar trends. Are we bracing for impact, or is this just the usual corporate churn?
