PTC - Anyone else seeing changes in hiring/contracting?

Been noticing a definite slowdown in hiring for my department and a few others I interact with. Also, some of the contract roles that usually get renewed seem to be ending without extensions, and there aren't many new ones popping up to replace them. This is pretty different from how things have been in the past couple of years. It's not a layoff announcement, obviously, but it feels like a tightening. Is this happening elsewhere in the company? Are budgets being scrutinized more heavily? Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide trend or if it's isolated to certain areas. My manager is pretty tight-lipped, which isn't helping ease any anxieties. Curious to hear if others are seeing similar shifts, especially if you're in departments that typically hire or utilize contractors frequently. Trying to understand the bigger picture here.
