PTC - Impact of AI on our roles?

Okay, hear me out. With all the buzz around generative AI and how it's supposed to change software development, I'm starting to wonder how it's going to play out at PTC. Are we actively integrating these tools? Is there a strategy being discussed for how AI might augment or even replace certain tasks within our current product lines? I know some companies are going all-in, others are being cautious. What's the temperature like at PTC? I'm not saying it's a bad thing necessarily, could be great for productivity. But from a job security perspective, it's definitely something to consider. Are we upskilling in this area? Are there internal training sessions? Or is it just a quiet, 'wait and see' approach?
