PTC - Thoughts on recent performance reviews and compensation?

So, performance review season just wrapped up at PTC, and I'm feeling a bit... underwhelmed with the outcome, particularly regarding compensation. Got a decent review, but the raise didn't quite reflect the overall rating or the market. Anyone else feel like the comp adjustments this year are lagging, especially considering the cost of living increases? I know we're not in the same hyper-growth phase as some other software companies, but I'm starting to wonder if PTC is becoming less competitive on the salary front. Seeing friends at other places get significantly larger bumps, even with similar performance. Curious to hear what others experienced during reviews and if the salary bands feel aligned with your expectations or market rates. Is this a widespread feeling, or am I just out of touch?
