Is anyone else feeling completely blindsided by the lack of transparency?

Seriously, what is going on at Qualcomm? It feels like we're all just expected to keep our heads down and churn out work, but nobody is telling us anything real about the company's direction or our job security. I keep seeing articles about declining sales and potential cutbacks, yet internally it's crickets. Is this just standard operating procedure, or are things really that dire that they can't even offer a vague acknowledgement? It's incredibly stressful to be in limbo like this, especially with rent and bills to pay. I've been loyal to this company for years, and this lack of communication is really making me question my future here. Anyone else feeling this way or have any insights into why things are so hush-hush?

I feel you. The silence is deafening. It's hard to stay motivated when you don't have a clear picture of where things are headed. I'm trying to focus on my current projects and do the best I can, but the uncertainty definitely weighs on me. I hope we get some clarity soon, it would make a huge difference.
