Anyone else seeing whispers of restructuring at Raymond James?

Hey everyone, throwing this out there to see if anyone else has been picking up on the same vibes. Haven't seen any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's definitely a different atmosphere around lately. Been hearing some chatter about potential reorganizations in a few departments, and maybe some roles being consolidated. It's making people a bit antsy, you know? Just trying to gauge if this is a widespread feeling or if I'm just caught up in a few specific conversations. Anyone else on here feeling this uncertainty or heard anything similar? Trying to stay grounded but it's hard when the water cooler talk gets a bit ominous.

I've been with RJ for a while and while I haven't heard anything definitive about a broad restructuring, I have noticed some shifts in team structures and project focus in my division. It's easy for rumors to get amplified during times of change, even minor ones. Management usually communicates significant changes pretty clearly, so I'd hold off on drawing major conclusions until something official surfaces.

Interesting you mention that. I've been hearing similar murmurings too, though nothing concrete.
