Raymond James - Anyone else notice hiring freeze?

Been keeping an eye on RJ for a while, both from an external perspective (looking for roles) and just generally following the industry. Feels like there's been a significant slowdown in open positions across several departments over the last few months. Some roles that were open have been taken down, and new ones aren't popping up at the same rate. Anyone internally or who has recently interviewed notice this?
