Raymond James - Anyone else noticing a hiring slowdown?

Hey everyone, has anyone else in RJ been feeling a significant chill on the hiring front lately? I've seen a few roles posted, but they seem to sit there for ages with no movement. And the usual internal transfers or new team builds don't seem to be happening as frequently. My team's been looking to backfill a couple of positions for months now with no luck. It's not just a 'tough market' thing, because other firms seem to be moving. Curious if this is a firm-wide thing or if I'm just in a particularly stagnant department. Any insights from other divisions or roles would be super helpful. Feels a bit like we're all holding our breath here.
