Hey everyone, I've been at RJ for a few years now and things feel... off. It's not just me, right? I've heard whispers about budget reviews and project delays. My team's been told to "prioritize ruthlessly" which usually translates to "do more with less." No official word on anything, but the overall atmosphere feels more cautious than usual. Anyone else picking up on this? Seeing fewer new open reqs, and some positions that were posted ages ago are still lingering.
