Hey everyone, I've been at RJ for a few years now and things have felt a bit... tense lately. Started noticing a lot fewer job postings internally and externally, and some teams seem to have put a hard stop on new hires. Haven't heard any official word, but it's definitely a shift from the usual growth trajectory. Anyone else in different departments seeing something similar? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just isolated pockets. Honestly, it's making me a little nervous about the upcoming year and my own role, especially with the market being so volatile. Curious to hear if others are feeling this uncertainty or if I'm just overthinking it.

I've heard similar rumblings across a few teams. It's definitely a change of pace from what we've experienced historically. While no official announcements have been made, the slowdown in hiring and project resourcing is noticeable. It's understandable to feel a bit uncertain when the typical growth patterns seem to be pausing. Hopefully, there will be some clarity on the strategy soon.

Yeah, the quiet on the hiring front is definitely a topic of conversation. It's not just your department; seems like a lot of areas are experiencing this. It could be a strategic recalibration or just a response to market conditions. Regardless, it's a significant shift. Just trying to stay focused on my work and adapt to whatever comes next.
