Anyone else feeling the pressure at ResMed?

Been with ResMed for a few years now and honestly, things feel… different lately. There's been a lot of talk about 'streamlining' and 'efficiency' in recent all-hands meetings, which I get is corporate speak, but it’s starting to feel like more than just words. My team's been stretched pretty thin, and there's a general sense of uncertainty about where things are headed. Project scopes seem to be changing more frequently, and it's hard to get clear direction sometimes. Has anyone else noticed this? Are there whispers of restructuring or anything more significant happening across other departments? Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide vibe or if it's isolated to my corner of the business. Curious to hear if anyone has insights or is experiencing similar shifts.

I've definitely felt that shift too. The 'efficiency' drive seems to be translating into heavier workloads and less breathing room. It's tough when you feel like you're constantly juggling and the goalposts keep moving. Communication on major changes could be clearer, for sure. Makes you wonder what the long-term impact will be on morale and project quality.

Yeah, the vibe has changed, hasn't it? It feels like there's a lot of pressure to do more with less, and the constant talk of restructuring, even if it's just jargon, does create a background hum of anxiety. Trying to stay focused on the work when there's so much uncertainty is a challenge. Hope things stabilize soon.
