Anyone else notice hiring slowdown at ResMed?

Hey all, been keeping an eye on ResMed for a bit, and I'm sensing a definite chill in the hiring landscape. Seeing fewer new requisitions pop up, and some roles that were posted for a while seem to have gone quiet. Just wondering if anyone else has picked up on this? Feels like more than just normal seasonal flux. Are teams actually freezing, or is it just a general slowdown? Curious to hear if anyone in Ops, R&D, or Sales is seeing something similar on the ground. Trying to get a pulse on the company's direction without any official word. Thanks for any insights.

Yeah, I've noticed it too. I've been tracking a few positions in R&D that were open for ages and suddenly disappeared. It's a bit concerning if you're looking to join the company. I initially thought it might be budget related or a reshuffling of priorities, but the lack of new postings across different departments is making me wonder if there's a broader hiring freeze or at least a significant slowdown in the pipeline. Hopefully, it's just a temporary adjustment.
