Been seeing some chatter online and hearing from industry friends about potential shifts in the medical device sector. ResMed has always been a stable company in my eyes, and I've been happy here for the most part. However, with the current economic climate and the increasing focus on cost control in healthcare, I'm starting to feel a little uneasy about job security. No direct news of layoffs, but the subtle signs like reduced hiring, tighter expense approvals, and a general sense of caution are hard to ignore. I'm thinking about exploring other opportunities, but it's tough to leave a good situation without concrete reasons. Has anyone else at ResMed been feeling this way?
