Morale and Workload at ResMed - Anyone Else?

Been at ResMed for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels different. Projects seem to be getting pushed back, and there's a general sense of 'doing more with less'. I'm hearing about increased pressure on existing teams to pick up slack, and while everyone's trying to stay positive, the workload feels unsustainable for some departments. Has anyone else noticed this? Are there underlying business reasons for this shift, or is it just a cycle? Not necessarily layoff talk, but the general atmosphere is definitely getting a bit tense. Curious to hear if this is a widespread feeling or if it's just my corner of the company. Trying to understand if there's a bigger picture I'm missing.

I've been feeling this too. It seems like there's been a push for efficiency, but it's starting to feel like the resources aren't quite keeping pace. More responsibility is landing on fewer shoulders, and while teamwork is great, there's a limit to how much can be absorbed without impacting quality or causing burnout. I'm curious to hear if management has any specific strategies to address the increasing workload in certain areas. It's definitely a noticeable shift from how things felt even a year or two ago.
