Lately, it feels like there's been a lot of internal shuffling at ResMed. Different teams are being asked to pivot, and some projects I was told were high priority just a few months ago seem to be fading into the background. It's creating a weird vibe, and honestly, some people are starting to talk about what this means long-term. It's not outright layoffs, but it feels like a precursor to something. Has anyone else experienced this kind of strategic redirection or departmental shifts recently? Trying to gauge if this is a broader organizational trend or isolated to a few areas. Makes it hard to plan your career when the ground keeps moving.

I've definitely noticed a similar feeling around here. It seems like the company is constantly chasing the next big thing, which is understandable in a competitive market, but the constant shifts are making it hard to get traction on anything substantial. My team's roadmap has changed three times this quarter alone. It's creating a lot of frustration and uncertainty, and I'm starting to wonder if this is just the new normal or if there's a bigger plan in motion that we're not privy to.
