ResMed: Understaffing and Burnout Real?

Hey everyone. Been at ResMed for a couple of years now in engineering. Lately, it feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and the workload has been insane. Projects are slipping, deadlines are getting tighter, and it feels like management isn't really acknowledging the strain. Anyone else in other departments feeling this? I'm starting to wonder if this is a company-wide issue or if it's just my team/department. The constant pressure is leading to a lot of burnout, and honestly, it's making me rethink my long-term future here. Is anyone else seeing similar trends? Curious to hear if this is a common sentiment or if I'm maybe just experiencing a rough patch. Any insights would be appreciated.

I'm in R&D and have definitely noticed a similar trend over the past year. It feels like the pace has ramped up considerably, and while we're delivering, it's definitely taking a toll. Communication from higher-ups about resource allocation could be clearer, that's for sure. Hoping it's a temporary crunch period.

Wow, this resonates deeply. I'm in Quality Assurance, and the increased project load combined with fewer hands on deck has been a major challenge. We're constantly juggling priorities and it's tough to maintain the level of detail our work requires without feeling rushed. Definitely seeing a rise in exhaustion across the team.
