I've been through a few of these cycles at other companies. The quiet is always the worst. My advice? Update your resume, discreetly. It's better to be prepared and not need it than the other way around. Focus on what you *can* control – your skillset and your options. Good luck to you.
Honestly, I think you're psyching yourself out a bit. Pre-earnings is *always* stressful, especially in this market. Plus, Rivian's got a long runway. Yeah, they're burning cash, but they also have a ton of pre-orders. Relax a bit, go for a hike, spend time with your wife (who clearly needs it!). Deep breaths. It'll be alright.
