Anyone else's manager suddenly very vague about performance reviews?
It's that time of year again, or it should be. My manager has been super cagey about setting up my 1:1 performance review. When I asked, they just said 'things are a bit up in the air right now, we'll get to it.' This is unusual, they're normally pretty on top of it. I'm in manufacturing engineering, been with Rivian for 4 years. Just feels like a weird deflection. Anyone else getting the runaround when it comes to performance discussions?
