Rivian Cuts Jobs Again - Feeling the Pressure

Just saw the news about Rivian laying off another chunk of people. This is getting hard to watch. Feels like every few months there's another wave. I'm not directly affected this time, but it's the uncertainty that's brutal. What's the long-term plan here? Are they bleeding cash that fast? The EV market is definitely tough, especially with the price wars. Feels like a lot of the optimism from a couple of years ago has just evaporated. Anyone else feel like this is becoming the new normal at Rivian? Wondering what it means for R&D, future projects, and just general morale. Hard to stay motivated when you see people constantly leaving or being let go.
