Yeah, that sounds rough. I'm not in supply chain, but I'm in engineering and the atmosphere *is* weird. Projects getting put on hold suddenly, budgets being scrutinized way more intensely. The 'restructuring' word is definitely floating around more than it should. Honestly, wouldn't hurt to quietly update your resume and see what's out there. Just in case. Better to be prepared than blindsided, especially with the housing market the way it is.
Seriously? This is Rivian we're talking about. Growing pains are normal for a company trying to scale up like this. 'Restructuring' could mean anything from optimizing processes to finally getting rid of some dead weight. Don't let coffee machine gossip freak you out. Three years is a good track record; focus on doing your job well and stop stressing over rumors. Remember all the naysayers when the R1T launched? Same energy.
