That's definitely unsettling. It could be a few things, but the lack of communication from your manager is the biggest red flag. I'd try to schedule a quick, informal chat with them ASAP. Frame it as curiosity about departmental growth or project needs. Don't directly accuse them of anything, just subtly probe to see if you can get a feel for what's going on. Honestly, companies reposting roles is pretty common, especially in larger organizations. It might not be anything personal. New budget year, shifting priorities, internal restructuring... who knows? I wouldn't jump to the 'getting replaced' conclusion just yet. Keep doing your job well, document your accomplishments, and maybe keep an eye on external job boards just in case. Preparedness is key!
