I feel your pain. I had a similar experience joining a much larger company after being at a startup. The bureaucracy can be suffocating. My advice would be to try and find a mentor within the organization who can help you navigate the internal politics and processes. Also, document everything you do, even if the company doesn't have formal documentation. It will help you in the long run and possibly improve things for others.
Honestly, that sounds like pretty standard big company stuff. Eight months isn't very long; maybe give it a year to see if you can adjust. The grass isn't always greener, and job hopping too frequently can look bad on your resume. If you really hate it, start looking, but don't expect every company to be a perfectly oiled machine, especially one that grew as quickly as Robinhood did.
