Severance Package Question - Anyone have experience?

Hypothetically speaking, if Robinhood were to do layoffs, what kind of severance package could one expect? I'm just trying to be prepared for any possibility. I've heard different companies offer wildly different things. I'm a mid-level PM with about 5 years of experience in the industry, 2 of those at Robinhood. Trying to understand what a reasonable expectation would be in terms of weeks of pay, benefits continuation, and any other perks. Any insights or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated. Also, does tenure matter much? Or is it more about your role level?

Heard some companies offer 2 weeks per year of service, plus maybe a month or two. Benefits continuation depends, but usually COBRA is your only option (expensive!). Negotiate if they lowball you. Leverage your performance reviews and any contributions you've made. Good luck!

Honestly, Robinhood's been through some stuff. I wouldn't expect anything overly generous. Probably base it on years of service there, which isn't much in your case. Don't count on a huge windfall, and start polishing that resume now. Networking is your best bet regardless of any package you might get.
