Anyone else feeling the vibe at Ross HQ?

Hey everyone, been with Ross for a few years now at the HQ and lately, the atmosphere feels... off. Not hearing any official layoff news, thankfully, but there's a definite undercurrent of uncertainty. Projects are getting re-prioritized constantly, and some teams seem to be shrinking quietly, not through announcements but just people leaving and not being replaced. Management is giving the usual 'everything is fine' line, but the whispers are getting louder. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just me or is there a broader slowdown happening that we're not being told about directly? Curious to hear if others in different departments or locations are feeling the same unease. Just trying to gauge the temperature before things potentially get real.

I hear you. I'm not at HQ but work with some folks who are, and the feedback's been similar. Lots of mixed signals and a general sense of 'what's next?'. It's tough when you can feel the shift but don't have concrete answers. Just trying to stay focused on my own work and keep my resume updated, just in case. Hopefully, it's just a temporary phase and things will stabilize soon.

Yeah, that vibe has been noticeable even from a distance. The constant reshuffling of priorities and the quiet departures definitely create a nervous energy. It's easy for management to say things are fine, but when you see the impact on the ground, it's hard to believe. Just hoping for some clarity soon for everyone's sake. Fingers crossed it's nothing major.
