Ross: Anyone else feeling the pressure to do more with less?

Lately, it feels like the expectations have ratcheted up without any additional resources. I'm not sure if this is a company-wide push or just my management team feeling the squeeze, but it's definitely noticeable. We're being asked to take on more responsibilities, and the timeline for deliverables seems tighter than ever. It's starting to feel a bit unsustainable, and frankly, a little concerning given the current economic climate. Is anyone else experiencing this? Are you seeing fewer external hires and more internal shuffling to cover gaps? Just want to gauge if this is a broader trend at Ross or if I need to address it with my direct manager. Feels like we're walking on eggshells waiting for something to happen.

Oh yeah, that feeling is definitely familiar over here. It seems like every quarter brings new goals and demands, but the support structure hasn't really kept pace. We're all trying to be as efficient as possible, but sometimes it feels like we're being set up for failure with these constantly shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
