Schlumberger - Anyone else feeling the pressure on Q3/Q4 targets?

Just wondering if it's just me or if others are feeling the heat to hit targets for the back half of the year. Been getting a lot more 'urgent' emails about performance metrics and a general push from leadership to 'optimize efficiency'. Feels like every meeting is a reminder of what we need to deliver. Maybe it's just the usual year-end push, but it seems amplified this time around. Are departments being squeezed harder? Seeing any resource reallocation or anything that suggests a tougher economic climate is directly impacting our divisional goals? Curious to hear what others are experiencing on the ground level.

Definitely feeling it here too. The constant drumbeat about efficiency and hitting numbers is pretty intense. Seems like every other email is a reminder of KPIs and how we're tracking. Makes you wonder if the market is really that tight, or if it's just a strategic push to maximize every bit of productivity before the year closes out. Hoping for some breathing room soon, but the vibe is definitely 'all hands on deck' for the final stretch.

Yeah, the 'optimize efficiency' mantra is in full swing across the board. Performance metrics are definitely under a microscope, and it feels like there's a heightened sense of urgency. Resource discussions are coming up more frequently, and it does seem like priorities are being shifted to ensure those Q4 numbers are met. It's the usual year-end scramble, but the intensity level feels a notch higher this time. Hope everyone's managing the pressure alright.
