Schlumberger - Anyone else's performance reviews feeling unusually intense?

My recent performance review felt more like an interrogation about every single metric. Normally, it's a constructive conversation, highlighting wins and areas for improvement. This time, it was all about justification and defending numbers, even for things outside my direct control. It felt like they were building a case for something, and it's making me super anxious. Anyone else experience this shift? Is this the new normal at SLB, or is something else going on behind the scenes? Trying to gauge if I should be polishing the resume or just bracing for a tough next few months.
