Schlumberger - Morale down in the field?

What's the general mood out there for SLB folks? Feels like people are walking on eggshells. Been noticing a lot more quiet conversations and people seem a bit more anxious than usual. Management's been pretty tight-lipped about the future, which isn't helping. We've had some restructuring announcements in the past that were supposedly 'efficiency drives,' but then roles get consolidated or disappear. Now, with the general market uncertainty and some of the big projects winding down, the usual 'we're a strong company' rhetoric feels a bit hollow. Just wondering if this is a common sentiment or if my specific location is just going through a rough patch. Trying to stay positive, but it's getting harder when the buzz on the ground is pretty negative. Anyone else feeling the dread?
