Schlumberger - Performance metrics feeling impossible lately?

Seriously, what's going on with the performance metrics? It feels like they've been ratcheted up across the board over the last couple of quarters. My personal targets seem to keep climbing, and the goalposts feel like they're constantly moving. It's creating a ton of stress and frankly, I'm not sure if they're even realistic given the current market conditions and project pipelines. Management keeps talking about 'efficiency' and 'optimization,' but it just feels like we're being squeezed for more with fewer resources.
