Schlumberger - Project ramp-ups feeling slower than usual?

I'm in [mention a division like Drilling Services or Completions] and we've had a couple of potential projects that seemed like they were going to ramp up quickly, but they've been dragging their feet. Lots of 'waiting on approvals' and 'revisiting scopes'. It's making planning really difficult and frankly, it's starting to feel a bit stagnant. Just wondering if this is an isolated thing in my group or if others are seeing similar slowdowns in new business or project initiation across SLB. Feels like a lot of caution out there right now.

Yeah, I've noticed something similar over in [mention another division like Production Solutions]. We've had a few promising leads that seem to be stuck in a bureaucratic maze. It's definitely frustrating when you're trying to get things moving and you're met with endless delays. Makes you wonder if there's a broader strategic shift causing this or just a general slowdown in client decision-making. It's tough to maintain momentum when projects aren't kicking off as expected.

Interesting you bring this up. My team in [mention a third division like Digital & Integration] has also felt a distinct cooling in the pace of new project starts. What typically would have been a quick turnaround from proposal to mobilization is now taking considerably longer. We're seeing more back-and-forth on contracts and scope definition than we did even a year ago. It's definitely a drag on morale and resource allocation when the pipeline feels like it's running on low gear.
