Schlumberger - Quiet on the hiring front?

Been seeing a lot of chatter on here about other energy services companies being a bit uncertain, and it got me thinking about SLB. Anyone else notice things have really slowed down on the hiring side lately? Feels like for every opening that pops up, there are 100 resumes waiting. My own team has been treading water, no new heads in months. Even internal transfers seem to be stuck in limbo. Is this just a seasonal thing, or is anyone hearing anything more concrete about budget cuts or a general slowdown in the field? Trying to get a pulse on the situation without causing undue panic, but the silence is deafening. Curious to hear what others are experiencing across different departments and regions.
