Hey all, been working at Schlumberger for a few years now in operations. Lately, there's been a lot of quiet chatter around the water cooler and on some internal channels about potential restructuring. Management's been pretty tight-lipped, just the usual "optimizing our business" talk, but it feels different this time. Project scopes seem to be tightening up, and I've noticed a few senior folks looking a bit stressed. No official word, of course, but the vibe is definitely shifting. Anyone else in SLB experiencing something similar? Wondering if it's company-wide or just specific divisions. Trying not to panic, but also want to be prepared. Has anyone heard any concrete rumors or seen any patterns that might suggest impending layoffs?
