Hey everyone, been working at SLB for a few years now, and lately, the office buzz has been... quiet. Not in a good way. Usually, around this time of year, there's a lot more talk about upcoming projects, training, and general forward momentum. But lately, it feels like everyone's just heads down, trying to hit current numbers. Heard some murmurs about budget reviews and a potential pause on external hiring, but nothing concrete. Anyone else picking up on this? Wondering if it's just my location or a company-wide thing. Trying not to spiral, but the lack of clear communication is making it tough.
