SLB - Anyone else seeing a freeze on new hires in R&D?

0x2e8f…59bcBeen in R&D at SLB for a few years now, and it feels like a pretty significant hiring slowdown specifically within our group. We've had a couple of positions open for months with no movement, and even for critical roles, the feedback seems to be 'we're not filling them right now.' Anyone else in similar technical departments experiencing this? It's not just a general 'hiring freeze' vibe; it feels very targeted at innovation-focused areas. Makes you wonder about the long-term investment strategy if we're not bringing in fresh talent to push new tech. Is this a company-wide thing or specific to certain divisions? Curious to hear if others are seeing the same.
