SLB - Anyone else's workload suddenly feeling unmanageable?

Hey folks, has anyone else noticed a significant uptick in workload over the past few months? It feels like we're being asked to do more with less, or at least without any additional resources. Projects seem to be piling up, deadlines are getting tighter, and the pressure to deliver is intense. I'm finding it hard to keep up, and I'm worried about burning out. It's not just me, right? I've spoken to a few colleagues, and they're feeling it too. It's gotten to the point where I'm starting to dread logging in each morning. Wondering if this is a wider trend across the company or if it's specific to certain departments. Any insights or strategies for coping would be appreciated.

Yeah, I'm definitely feeling the crunch. It seems like every department is trying to squeeze in more without hiring. The project pipeline looks insane, and everyone's expected to just magically make it happen. I'm trying to stay organized, but honestly, it feels like I'm just reacting to the next fire. Hope management realizes this isn't sustainable before people start dropping like flies.

You're not alone. The pressure has been building for a while now, and it feels like it just hit a new level. Deadlines are unrealistic, and the expectation to just 'get it done' is intense. It’s putting a real strain on morale. I’ve seen good people considering their options because of this constant overload. Something needs to change, or we're going to lose a lot of talent.
