SLB - Is anyone else's bonus structure changing subtly?

Just noticed some language in the latest internal communication about the annual bonus seems different. Not a huge change, but it feels like they're making it a bit harder to hit the higher tiers. Anyone else seen this? It's always been a bit opaque, but this feels like a shift towards 'performance' being even more subjective. Given the current market whispers, I'm wondering if this is a precursor to something, or just standard corporate maneuvering. Curious to hear if anyone has a clearer picture or similar observations across different business units.

Yeah, I've seen similar murmurs. It definitely feels like the goalposts are shifting, making those top payouts a tougher nut to crack. The whole 'performance' angle can be a black box, and when they start tweaking the wording, it's natural to wonder what's really going on behind the scenes. Could be nothing, could be something. Let's hope for transparency, but history suggests keeping a close eye on it.

Definitely noticed some adjustments in the bonus communication myself. It's subtle, but the emphasis feels more geared towards qualitative aspects, which always makes me a bit uneasy about objective achievement. Feels like a common tactic when times are uncertain, to manage expectations and payouts. Just gotta keep performing and document everything, I guess.
