SLB - Morale seems pretty low lately. Anyone else feeling it?

Just wanted to see if it's just me or if others are feeling this too. Lately, the general vibe in my group, and from what I'm hearing from other teams, is just... off. People seem more stressed, less communicative, and the overall enthusiasm for projects seems to have taken a hit. It's not just one thing, but a general sense of unease. Are workload increases the main driver, or is there something else going on behind the scenes that's contributing to this? Hard to pinpoint, but it's definitely noticeable and impacting day-to-day.
