Hey everyone, Just curious about what the offer situation is looking like for new grads coming into SLB this year. I know the energy sector can be cyclical, and with everything going on globally, I'm trying to get a pulse on things. Haven't seen any official layoff news, but the general sentiment online can sometimes be a leading indicator, right? Specifically interested in hearing from anyone who's recently accepted an offer, or maybe even those who are still in the interview process. Are they extending offers as usual, or has there been a slowdown? Any insights on compensation trends would be helpful too, though I know that's often hush-hush. Appreciate any info people are willing to share. Trying to make some informed decisions about my next steps. Thanks!

Heard from a friend who just signed on that things are looking pretty stable for new grads. They mentioned the hiring process was competitive but they got a solid offer. Seems like the company is still investing in bringing in fresh talent, despite the usual industry chatter.

The vibe I'm picking up is that it's business as usual for recruitment, maybe a bit more selective than in boom times. If you've got a good background and nailed the interviews, you should be in a decent spot. Focus on what you bring to the table.
