SLB - What's the vibe on projects and workload lately?

Hey everyone, been with SLB for a few years now, and lately, things feel… different. We're hearing a lot about efficiency and optimizing resources, which I get, but it's starting to translate into some pretty intense project loads. Feels like teams are thinner than they should be, and the pressure to deliver the same, if not more, with fewer people is definitely there. Anyone else in operations or engineering seeing this trend? Wondering if it's a company-wide thing or just my division. Trying to gauge if this is just a temporary crunch or the new normal. Any insights on how other departments are handling it, or if there are any whispers about potential restructuring down the line, would be appreciated. Trying to stay ahead of the curve, you know?

Yeah, I'm feeling it too, especially on the engineering side. It seems like the drive for efficiency has ramped up considerably in the last year or so. We're constantly being asked to do more with less, and while some of that is good business sense, it's definitely stretching resources thin. Deadlines are tighter, and there's less buffer time for unexpected issues, which can be stressful when you're trying to maintain quality and safety standards. Curious to hear if others are experiencing the same squeeze.
