SLB: How's the hiring market look for engineers currently?

Hi everyone, I'm currently employed at Schlumberger in an engineering role. While there haven't been any official layoff announcements, the general mood across the company has been a bit uncertain lately. There's a lot of speculation about future workforce adjustments, and it's making me think about contingency plans. I'm curious to hear from others, especially those who might be in a similar situation or who are actively interviewing elsewhere. How is the job market looking for experienced field engineers, particularly those with subsurface/drilling backgrounds? Are other companies in the energy services sector still actively hiring, or is it a tough market out there right now? Any insights would be greatly appreciated as I start to explore my options.
