WARN notice for Dubuque hit - just 2 people this time?

Just saw the latest WARN filing for the Dubuque location, dated Oct 7th. It says only 2 employees are being let go effective Nov 1st. Honestly, feels like they’re just trimming the fat or getting rid of specific roles that didn't make the cut during the last restructuring. Is this it for the quarter, or is this just the slow drip before a bigger wave? It’s unnerving how they keep these numbers low in public filings while the internal chatter suggests headcount reduction is the primary KPI for management right now. Anyone at that site know if these were field guys or back office support? Hope you guys find something better quickly.

The slow drip is a classic corporate strategy to avoid mass layoff headlines and keep the stock stable. By staggering these tiny cuts, they minimize severance costs and keep the rest of the workforce guessing. If they were really done, they wouldn’t be so quiet about the internal restructuring goals. Don't be fooled by the low count in the WARN filings; it’s likely just the tip of the iceberg for this quarter. Keep your resume polished because this usually precedes a more aggressive downsizing phase once they finish weeding out specific departments.
