Anyone prepping for interviews? What's the market like for us?

Long time SN user, relatively new poster here. I've been in the cloud infrastructure space at ServiceNow for 3 years. Seeing a lot of chatter here and elsewhere, and frankly, it's got me thinking about my next move just in case. I've been polishing my resume and starting to look around. What are people finding out there for cloud/SaaS roles? Are companies still actively hiring, or is it a ghost town? Any specific companies looking particularly strong or weak right now? Trying to get a feel for the general market sentiment and any advice for landing something quickly if needed. It's been a while since I've seriously interviewed.

Hey, I'm in a similar boat! Been on the platform for a while and starting to feel the itch to explore. I've been seeing a few interesting cloud infra roles pop up, but the competition seems pretty fierce. Some companies definitely feel like they're hiring cautiously, while others still seem to be actively recruiting. It's a mixed bag out there, for sure. My advice is to keep networking – LinkedIn has been surprisingly helpful for me in spotting opportunities and getting a feel for who's expanding versus who's consolidating.

Honestly, I'm not seeing a huge slowdown specifically for ServiceNow cloud roles. The market ebbs and flows, as it always does. I think the key is to highlight your specific experience with the platform's capabilities, especially around integrations and automation, as those are always in demand. Don't get too caught up in the general 'tech market' noise; focus on what makes your ServiceNow skills unique. I've seen a couple of smaller SaaS companies doing a lot of hiring lately, so don't discount them.
