Yeah, it's definitely a somber atmosphere down here. The official comms haven't been exactly forthcoming, which just fuels the speculation. People are understandably anxious, and there's a lot of quiet water cooler talk. Seeing familiar faces pack up is tough. Hopefully, leadership will provide more clarity soon about the strategy behind these moves and what it means for the remaining team members. It's hard to stay motivated when the ground feels so shaky.
