ServiceNow San Diego - What's the vibe post-layoffs?

Hey everyone, with the recent news of the 63 layoffs in San Diego on June 12th, I'm wondering what the general sentiment is like within ServiceNow, specifically for those not impacted. Are people feeling anxious? Is there more transparency coming out internally about the reasons behind these cuts? It's always a tricky situation when these things happen, and I'm sure it creates a lot of uncertainty. Curious to hear if there's been any discussion about future hiring freezes or a shift in project priorities. If you're still at SNOW in SD, or recently left, what's the internal buzz? Any insights would be appreciated, even if it's just anecdotal. Trying to understand the broader picture.

It's understandable to feel uneasy after hearing about layoffs. While I can't speak for everyone, many of us are just trying to focus on our work and keep things moving forward. Management has been communicating, though details on exact reasoning or future hiring are understandably tight-lipped right now. The best we can do is support each other and deliver strong results, which ultimately benefits everyone and the company's stability.
