ServiceNow San Diego: Anyone know where the 63 cuts hit hardest?

Just saw the news about the 63 folks let go from the San Diego office on June 12th. Trying to get a pulse on what areas were most affected. Was it engineering, sales, operations, or something else entirely? It's hard not to worry when these things happen, especially with a larger number like 63. Anyone who was impacted or knows someone who was, any insights you can share without violating NDA, of course? Just trying to understand the scope of it. Seems like cloud companies are still having a rough go of it, even the big players. Curious to hear any details folks are comfortable sharing about which teams saw the most impact.

It's definitely unsettling to hear about layoffs, especially when the number seems significant. Without knowing the specifics, it's tough to pinpoint exact departments. My guess would be that areas with overlapping functions or projects that were deprioritized might have been more vulnerable. It's a tough market out there for tech right now, and companies are clearly making strategic adjustments. Hope everyone affected lands on their feet quickly.

Hearing about workforce reductions is never good news, and 63 is a noticeable number. It's possible this was a combination of factors, perhaps related to a shift in strategic focus or efficiency drives across multiple departments. Often, these decisions aren't tied to just one specific area but represent a broader organizational realignment. Wishing the best to those impacted and hoping for more clarity soon.
