Hey everyone, saw the news about the 63 layoffs in San Diego on June 12th. Rough stuff. Does anyone have any more specific information about which teams or roles were impacted? The news was pretty vague, just mentioned "efficiency improvements." Feels like there's always more to the story than what gets reported. Were these mostly in engineering, sales, or spread across the board? Any insights would be appreciated as we try to piece together what's going on. It's hard not to worry when these numbers come out, especially when you're in the thick of it or know people who might be affected.

That's really concerning news. The vagueness around efficiency improvements is always tough to stomach when it impacts so many people's livelihoods. I haven't heard anything specific yet, but I'm keeping an ear to the ground. It's natural to worry about job security when these kinds of announcements happen, and it would be helpful to get a clearer picture of where the changes are happening. Hopefully, more information surfaces soon.

It's definitely a difficult time for those affected by the San Diego layoffs. 'Efficiency improvements' can mean a lot of different things, and it's understandable why people are seeking more clarity. I haven't come across any specific details regarding impacted teams or roles myself, but I'm also trying to understand the situation better. It's a stressful environment when such significant changes occur without much explanation.
