Just wanted to start a thread to see how others are feeling about the general atmosphere lately. Haven't seen any official announcements, but there's definitely a 'buzz' in the air. Project timelines seem a bit more pressured, and some teams are looking leaner than they used to. I've been here for a few years and it feels...different. Management messages are still positive, but actions sometimes feel like they're preparing for something. Anyone else picking up on this? Curious to hear what others are seeing or hearing, even whispers. Trying to stay positive but also realistic, you know? Just want to be prepared.

Yeah, I've noticed a similar vibe. There's been a subtle shift in how projects are being managed, more emphasis on hitting targets quickly and resource optimization. It's not overtly negative, but you can feel the increased intensity. Been here a while too, and while management maintains a positive outlook, the operational changes are undeniable. Makes you wonder what strategic adjustments are being made behind the scenes. Hope it's all for the best in the long run.
