Anyone else feeling the pressure at Skyworks lately?

Lately, it feels like the pressure is on at Skyworks. Budgets seem tighter, and there's a lot more focus on efficiency, which I guess is understandable given the market. But it's starting to feel like more than just standard cost-saving. I've seen a few long-term projects get deprioritized or put on indefinite hold, and some key people have left in recent months without immediate replacements. It's creating a bit of a strain on the remaining teams. I'm trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but it's hard not to worry a little when you see these signs. Management hasn't said anything directly about layoffs, but the general sentiment feels... tense. Curious to hear if others are experiencing similar things across different departments. Is this a company-wide sentiment or specific to certain areas? Trying to get a broader picture here.

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. The atmosphere has definitely shifted. It seems like every decision is being scrutinized heavily, and the goalposts feel like they're moving constantly. It's tough when you're trying to plan ahead and keep momentum, only to have things pulled back. Hoping things stabilize soon, but it's a bit unsettling right now.

I've noticed the same thing regarding projects and staffing. It's definitely putting extra weight on the teams that are still here. I'm trying to keep my head down and do the best I can, but the lack of clarity on future direction and the quiet departures are hard to ignore. Makes you wonder what the long-term strategy really is.
