Alright, let's be honest. The past few quarters haven't exactly been a walk in the park for the semiconductor industry, and Skyworks is definitely feeling it. While there haven't been any official announcements, the atmosphere feels... heavy. I'm seeing a lot more people looking stressed, fewer new projects starting, and a general sense of 'wait and see.' Some colleagues are already updating their LinkedIn profiles discreetly, which is never a good sign. Is anyone else noticing this? Are performance reviews becoming more stringent, or are hiring freezes really in effect? Just trying to gauge the temperature and see if I'm overreacting or if this is a shared feeling. Would appreciate any honest takes, good or bad.
