Performance review cycle at Skyworks - concerns?

So, performance review season is coming up (or maybe it's already started for some?) and the usual buzz seems a bit muted this year at Skyworks. I'm wondering if anyone else is noticing a more critical tone, or if the 'bar' seems to be raised significantly. Normally, I'd expect some level of subjectivity, but there's a palpable shift that makes me a little nervous, especially given the current economic climate and whispers in the industry. Is anyone else feeling like their contributions are being scrutinized more than usual? Or is this just my perception?
